A Study on Method of Full Digital Dechirp Pulse Compression for Wide-band Signals

Abstract
This paper aimed at the shortages and application limitations of 1 GHz wide-band image channel in current ISAR image model, such as short imaging range, hard to extract the phase nonlinear error, targets phase information missing, etc. A new wideband digital receiver module was researched, in which a full digital design was adopted. In the upwards channel a 1 GHz bandwidth signal was generated directly at 1.8 GHz IF, and in the corresponding downwards channel the 1 GHz bandwidth signal was sampled directly by ADC at 1.8 GHz IF. Hie followed signal processing was real-time and one-dimensional image was obtained. The experimentation result presented that the new method could deal with a 1 GHz bandwidth and400 U3 pulsewidth signal at 1.8 GHz IF, and could achieve ±5 km one-dimensional imaging real-time processing, with the only 6U standard CPCI module hardware scale.关键词
