Strategy of constructing a public platform integrating resource management and service and operation of regional adult education

Abstract
Constructing an information resource and operation mode of regional adult education is the focus and hot spot of adult education informationization. The paper analyzes the regional characteristics of eastern Guangdong Province and studies synergic building, management as well as sendee and operation mode of the regional adult education information resource. It also proposes schemes for constructing a systematic public resource platform, including the construction plan for combining static quality resource, dynamic synergic resource and independent social resource, six service forms such as autonomous learning and public welfare activities, operation and promotion strategies driven by the platform and customers, and two guarantee systems in quality evaluation and security.关键词
