Conditional CRLB for the Target Tracking of Radar Network in the Presence of SOJ

Abstract
At present, the effectiveness evaluation of radar network in presence of jamming is based on the analysis of the probability of detection, which has some limitation. While in the presence of SOJ, a more accurate and general method is in dire need. In this paper, models of radar antenna and probability of detection are presented at first, and then by use of detection/miss sequences the conditional CRLB in the presence of jamming is derived. Finally a method of effectiveness evaluation for radar network based on conditional Cramer-Rao Lower Bound (CRLB) is projected, which provides a lowerbound of the error of the target tracking. The advantage of Radar network is proved theoretically by CRLB. Simulation results show that in the presence of SOJ the tracking performance by fusion of multi-radar is better than single radar and a low bound is analyzed to evaluate the performance of radar network accurately and impersonally. So the method presented in this paper is practically significant.关键词
