羟基磷灰石含量对纳米粒子-聚己内酯复合材料性能的影响
Effect of the HA content on the properties of nanoparticle-polycaprolactone composites
摘要
Abstract
Hydroxyapatite nanoparticles ( HA) were synthesized by hydrothermal method. HA was dispersed in caprolactone and induced the ring-opening polymerization to prepare the nanoparticle-polymer composites. The effect of the HA content on the properties of the composites was discussed by NMR, DSC, XRD, PLM and mechanical measurements. Polymeric degree of PCL decreased with the increasing of HA content in composites and the agglomerate of the nano-particles existed in composites when the HA content was higher. As the HA was 5wt% in the raw materials, the strain at failure, tensile strength and compressive modulus arrived the highest value. When the content of HA was under 20wt% , the elastic modulus of the composites increased with the increasing of HA content .关键词
