马来酸类可聚合乳化剂的合成及其在乳液聚合中的应用
Synthesis of a maleic polymerizable emulsifier and its application in emulsion polymerization
摘要
Abstract
The polymerizable surfactant of sodium maleic monoalkyl polyoxyethylene propylsulfonate was synthesized in three steps using maleic anhydride, dodecylpolyoxyethylene ether-9 and 1,3-propane sultone as raw materials. The structure was characterized by 'H-NMR and IR. It was shown when the polymerizable emulsifier and traditional emulsifier sodium dodecyl sulfate ( SDS) were used separately in semicontinuous polymerization of methyl methacry late-butyl acrylate-acrylic, the high rate of conversion was observed in polymerizable emulsifier,meanwhile, electrolytic stability and water resistance of the synthesized emulsion were markedly improved.关键词
