Discussion of Problems in Size Mixture Production and Application
摘要
Abstract
Problems and solutions in modern size mixture production and application were summarized. Current situation of modern size mixture market were introduced,existed problems in using size mixture,replacing PVA and optimizing size instruction were analyzed. It is pointed out that sizing cost of modern cotton enterprise is higher generally, potential increasing benefit is larger. It is considered that in size instruction design,each size mixture component,property and quality should be mastered fully, compatibility and similitude principle and less component, reasonable and economic principle should be followed, scientific and ecomonic size instruction should be selected accaroding to fabric density, yam count and blended ratio, at the same time social responsibility of less or no PVA should be considered as well.关键词
