Abstract
Objective;To investigate the correlation of the expression of DNA-PKcs in cervical cancer stage JIB - IJjB with the sensitivity of chemoradiotherapy . Methods:The expression of DNA-PKcs in 42 specimens of cervical carcinoma was detected by immunohistochemistry before treatment and in 21 days during treatment. The correlation of the expression DNA-PKcs with the histologial response and regression of tumor was analyzed. Results:The expression of DNA-PKcs was much lower in highly histologial responding group than that in the low responding group, the sensitivity of chemoradiation was negatively correlated with the expression of DNA-PKcs(Z= -5. 583,r= -0. 513,P=0. 000). The degree of decreased expression of DNA-PKcs after chemoradiation was negatively correlated with the time of 50% tumor volume regression (r= -0. 924,P=0. 01). Conclusions;The expression of DNA-PKcs can predict the sensitivity of chemoradiation in cervical cancer. The reduced expression of DNA-PKcs during chemoradiation in cervical cancer gives a hint of good prognosis.关键词
