非脱垂子宫经阴道切除术130例临床分析

Abstract
Objective;To analyze the clinical application and complications of transvaginal hysterectomy for non-prolapsed uterus. Methods:130 cases of transvaginal hysterectomy (TVH) for non-prolapsed uterus were compared with 140 cases of transabdominal hysterectomy (TAH) which were recuited from June, 2006 to April, 2011. Results:The operation time, time to get off the bed, time to anus exhaustion and hospitaliza-tion time in TVH group were much shorter than those in TAH group (P < 0. 05). The pain incidence in TVH group was less than that in TAH group. 11 cases of complications happened in TVH group(8. 46%), while 10 cases of complications happened in TAH group (7.14 %), there was no significant difference(P> 0. 05).5 cases of bleeding and visceral damage happened in TVH group(3. 84%), which was much higher than TAH group( one case, 0. 71%)(P<0. 05). Conclusions: TVH has the advantages of mild pain , quick recovery and short hospitalization. The incidence of complications in the two groups is no significant difference, but the visceral injury and postoperative bleeding in TVH group are more frequent than TAH group, which is closely related with the choice of patients and the experiences of surgeons, so much attention should be paid to.关键词
