Abstract
Objective; To evaluate the efficacy of cervical cerclage in Chinese pregnant women. Methods: The VIP Database, Wanfang Database, CBM and CNKI were searched and RCT studies on cervical cerclage were reviewed and evaluated, RevMan 4. 2. 2 software was used to do a Meta-analysis. Results:Nine literatures were included in this study, quality of the literatures were all class C. Meta analysis showed that the survival rate of neonatus(OR=5.21, 95% Cl 2. 81 -9. 64,P<0.00001), the mean delivery gestational weeks ( WMD = 3. 36, 95% Cl 2. 40 - 4. 32, P < 0. 00001), the average extension of gestational weeks ( WMD = 2. 76, 95% Cl 2. 59 - 2. 93, P < 0. 00001), and the neonatal weight ( WMD = 616. 81, 95% Cl 74. 48-1159.14, P=0. 03) in the operation group were all superior to those in the control group. Conclusions: Cervical cerclage is superior to simple conservative or medication treatment in the increases of neonatal survival rate, baby weight and gestational week.关键词
