一株四合木链格孢发酵产物的脂肪酸组分GC-MS分析
Analysis of Fatty Acids in Fermentation Products from Alternaria tetraena by GC-MS
摘要
Abstract
[Objective] Analysis of fatty acids components in fermentation products from Alternaria tetraena. [ Methods ] Altemaria tetraena was fermented in liquid culture medium. Hie components and content of fatty acids which was isolated from the liquid fermentinai products were ana lyzed by GC-MS after methyl esterifying treatment. [Results] From ermentation liquid ,9 kinds of fatty acid were identified, of which polyunsatu rated fatty acids accounted 63.04% ,mainly containing oleic acid 28.41% ,linoleic acid 24. 17% ,linolenic acid 3.85% ; and palmitic acid ac counted for 26. 19% ,stearic acid accounted 5.15% in saturated fatty acid. From mycelium,7 fatty acids were identified,of which polyunsaturated fatty acids accounted 74.30% .mainly containing oleic acid 30.87% ,linoleic acid 31.57% ,and palmitic acid accounted 16.85% .stearic acid ac counted 5.76% in saturated fatty acid. [Conclusion] Altemaria tetraena was fermented in liquid culture medium could produce various fatty acids,which could be one of the important ways to produce fatty acids by microorganism fermentation.关键词
