紫丁香叶中原儿茶酸提取工艺研究
Study on the Extraction Technology of Protocatechuic Acid from Syringa oblata Lindl.Leaves
摘要
Abstract
[Objective] To establish the extraction method of protocatechuic acid from Syringa oblata Iindl. Leaves. [ Method ] With Syringa oblata leaves as raw material, absolute ethanol as solvent, the content of protocatechuic acid as the inspection index, an orthogonal experiment was carried out by selecting the material-liquid ratio, extraction times, extraction temperature and extraction time to optimize the extraction technology of proto catechuic acid from Syringa oblata leaves. [Result]The optimum extraction technology was;material -liquid ratio 1=30,extraction time 4 h,and temperature 65 ℃. Yield of protocatechuic acid was 0.075 9 mg/g under this condition. [ Conclusion] It was feasible to extract protocatechuic acid from Syringa oblata leaves by the solvent-extraction process.关键词
