摘要

Abstract

[Objective]To study the extraction and determination of the volatile oil in Aquilaria sinensis (Lour. ) Gilg. Leaves. [ Method]The vola tile oil was extracted by steam distillation,its chemical constituents were analyzed by GC - MS method,and the relative content of each component was determined by peak area normaization. [ Result]48 components were identified,and the volatile oil was mainly composed of 9-Hexacosene (4.17% ) ,Pyridine-3-carboxamide,oxime. N-( 2-trifluorometh) ( 3. 95% ), Octacosane (3. 76% ) , Tetracosane (3. 50% ), Docosane (3. 32% ), Hexadcane,l-iodo-(2.82% ) ,Dodecane,4,6-dimethyi-(2.76% ) ,1-Bromodocosane(2.58% ). [Conclusion]The study provided theoretical evi dence for the development of Aquilaria sinensis (Lour. ) Gilg. Leaves.
