摘要

Abstract

The paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of two different structure designs of air inlet core of large size cylinder head for heavy truck, and indicates that the integrated structure is better than the sectional structure. The optimal design of air inlet core made by Z8040 core shooter and coated sand hot box was presented mainly from aspects such as the confirmation of layout of the core in hot box, selection of sand shooting method, structure of the hot box, etc. The idea of optimal designs based on ergonomics, aesthetics and contextual performance theory was narrated.
