Abstract
Macro and microstructures and chemical compositions of zonal segregation, nebulous segregation, linear segregation and white punctate segregation of large ZL205A alloy circular casting were presented. The compositions of zonal segregation, nebulous segregation and linear segregation are all AI2Cu, which belong to eutectic segregation; white punctate segregation is the mixture of heavy metals, which belongs to gravity segregation. To eliminate eutectic segregation, the casting process should be improved and reasonable solidification sequence should be set up. To eliminate gravity segregation, the melting technique should be improved; flake and block heavy metals should be decreased, so as to prevent the precipitation, conglomeration and growing up of heavy metal elements.关键词
