半固态铝合金压铸充型凝固过程数值模拟研究
Numerical Simulation of Filling and Solidification Processes of Die-Cast Semi Solid Aluminium Alloy

Abstract
The numerical simulation on filling and solidification process of die-cast aluminum alloy bracket was carried out. The distributions of temperature and solidification fraction in the filling process were obtained with Newtonian fluid and semi-solid fluid. Based on the simulated results and the Niyama criterion, the positions of shrinkage were predicted. Simulated results show that the filling process of aluminum alloy semi solid fluid is smoother than that of the Newtonian fluid. During semi-solid fluid solidification process, the casting presents sequential solidification tendency and the internal of casting can be timely feeding by the riser, which contributed to the discharge of gas from casting mold and improvement of casting quality.关键词
