东方白果种子无菌苗萌发的影响因素研究
Study on Influencing Factors for Sterile Seedlings Germination of Solanum texanum
摘要
Abstract
[Objective] This paper was to study germination factors for sterile seedling of Solarium texanum seeds. The results laid the foundation for tissue culture. [Method] The seeds were to deal with different pretreatments and disinfectants,then the germination results were observed. [ Result] The seeds were soaked in 70 ℃ water for 10 min,then in 75% ethyl alcohol for 5 min and 0.1 % HgCl2 for 30 s respectively. The sterile seedlings were obtained after one week when the seeds were placed in sterile cotton. Seeds germination rate reached 75%. [Conclusion] This method was fit for germination of Solomon texanum seeds and provided basis for germination of other hard seeds.关键词
