东方百合“索邦”离体培养技术探索
Study on in vitro Cultivation Technology of Lilium orential“Sorbonne”
摘要
Abstract
[Objective] The research aimed to study in vitro cultivation technology of Lilium orential " Sorbonne". [ Method ] The lodicule of Lili um orential "Sorbonne" was as the explant.the influences of different hormone concentration ratios and squamous bulb parts on the adventitious bud induction were inspected. [Result] The bud induction effect of MS +2.0 mg/L of 6-BA +0.5 mg/L of NAA medium was the best,and the induction ratio was 60%. The bud induction capability of different squamous bulb part was middle > external > internal. Moreover,when the in duced adventitious bud was transferred into the rooting medium (1/2MS +0.1 mg/L of 6-BA +0.1 mg/L of NAA +0.2% of active carbon) ,the rooting rate could reach 100%. [Conclusion] The establishment of Lilium orential "Sorbonne" invitro regeneration system had the important sig nificance for reducing the dependence on the imported lily bulb and enlarging the lily production in China.关键词
