摘要

Abstract

The composition features of organic water-soluble polymers and inorganic nano-material in additive were analyzed. The fracture morphology of CO2cured sodium silicate sand samples was observed and the function mechanism of the sodium silicate additive was explored. The production practice shows that the reclamation rate of sodium silicate used sand is over 80% with the additive of sodium silicate and dry reclamation process. The reclaimed sand has good performance which can meet the requirements of casting production.
