摘要
Abstract
[Objective] To identify the effect of several materials on the particle size and Zeta potential of Tax liposome 1. [ Method] Tax lipo some was prepared with film dispersion - ultrasound method,the orthogonal experiment was adopted to screen out the optimum formulation of Tax liposome, and detect the particle size and Zeta potential of Tax liposome. [Result] The particle size and stability of liposome was significantly in fluenced by the materials such as eunatrol,and with the increasing amount of those materials,the particle size of liposome became small,Zeta po tential value decreased,while the stability improved. [Conclusion] Materials like eunatrol could significantly decrease the particle size and Zeta potential of Tax liposome,the Tax liposome prepared with the optimum technology had high entrapment efficient,even particle size and good sta bility.关键词
