摘要

Abstract

Polyamine flocculants were synthesized by polycondensation of dimethylamine and epichlorohydrin with triethylenetetramine a; cross-linking agent. The influences of the amount of triethylenetetramine, temperature, molar ratio of epichlorohydrin and dimethylamine, and reaction time on the viscosity and cationic degree of the polyamine flocculants were investigated. Then the influence of pH value, flo cculant dosage and temperature on flocculation effect were studied. The results showed that the removal rates of SS and CODCr of paper-making wastewater were 95. 9% and 75. 2% respectively when pH value was from 6. 0 to 7. 0, flocculant dosage was 20 mg/L and a room temperature. Compared with the conventional flocculants, such as polyaluminiumchloride and polyferric sulfate, the flocculan was characterized by less flocculant dosage, higher sedimentation rate, lower remains of pollutants and well effects in paper makinf wastewater treatment.
