干旱胁迫对茶树根系形态特征的影响
Effects of Drought Stress on Root Morphology of Tea
摘要
Abstract
Effects of drought stress on root morphology of tea were investigated by controlling water using pot culture. The Results of study showed that the tea' s root morphology of the growing under drought stress had marked changes. On the 20th day of drought stress,tea's root length increased significantly (18. 6%) and root diameter decreased by 0. 3mm compared with the control. At the same time,the lateral root,secondary lateral roots,the root's surface,root vclune and the root/shoot fresh weight ratio were increasing. The root cortical cells had different degrees of damage.关键词
