摘要
Abstract
The primers were designed according to the conservative sequence of mannose-6-phosphate isomerase gene, and the complete cDNA sequence of Metarhizium anisopliae was amplified by RT-PCR and RACE PCR. The complete cDNA sequence of mpi gene was 1513 bp and the complete ORF length was 1328 bp which encoded a protein with 441 amino acid residues. Blast analysis indicated the deduced amino acid sequence of the mpi gene from M. Anisopliae showed high homology with other fungi respectively. The analysis of protein structure showed MPI protein had the characteristic of the conservative phosphate enzyme, and mainly constructed by a-helix and random coil.关键词
