摘要

Abstract

[Objective] The paper was to discuss the influence of different carbon and nitrogen sources on mycelia growth of P. Arachidicola Ma rasas Pauer & Boerema. [Method] With strains of P. Arachidicola Marasas Pauer & Boerema as test materials,mycelia growth rates in media of different carbon and nitrogen sources were compared. [ Result ] The results showed that favorite carbon sources for mycelium growth were fructose and sorbitol,soluble starch and xylose took the second place. And favorite nitrogen sources was calcium nitrate,followed by potassium nitrate and glycin. [Conclusion] The research provides a theoretical foundation for the study on occurrence mechanism of P. Arachidicola Marasas Pauer & Boerema.
