灰霉菌与其分泌毒素对拟南芥致病性比较
Comparison of Botrytis cinerea and its Proteinic Toxin against Arabidopsis thaliana
摘要
Abstract
[Objective ] The aim was to compare pathogenic differences between the spore suspension and toxins which was secreted from Botrytis cinerea against Arabidopsis thaliana. [ Method ] The spore suspension and toxins which was secreted from Botrytis cinerea were respectively inocu lated into Arabidopsis thaliana leaves, and then the prevalence situation of Arabidopsis thaliana leaves was observed. [ Result ] Trie toxins had certain pathogenicity the same as spore suspension. In the process of infection of Botrytis cinerea on Arabidopsis thaliana, there accrued a large a mount of toxins, which could degradation the cell wall in order to enlarge the growth of hypha. Thus, both of them killed plant cells though coor dinate with each other. [ Conclusion] The research laid a basis for studies on the isolation, purification and identification of Botrytis cinerea tox ins.关键词
