向家坝工程扰动区不同类型边坡土壤酶与肥力的相关性研究
Relationship between Soil Enzymatic Activity and Soil Fertility of Side Slopes in Xiangjiaba Hydropower Construction
摘要
Abstract
[Objective] The correlative relationship between soil enzymatic activities of 4 side slopes with soil fertility properties in disturbed area of Xiangjiaba Hydropower Construction was studied in order to lay the foundation for detecting soil conditions of artificial repair slope and building up a good soil-plant composite system. [ Method ] Soil enzymatic activities of 4 side slopes like frame beams with soil covering bio-slope ( FBSC ) , vegetation-growing concrete spraying bio-slope (CBS) .thick layer base material spraying bio-slope(TBS) and external-soil spray seeding bio slope (ESS) in disturbed area of Xiangjiaba Hydropower Construction were investigated .furthermore their correlative relationship with soil fertility properties was analyzed. Natural forest (NF) was used as a reference sample. [ Result] The activities of enzymes in CBS was the most close to that of NF. The activity of invertase was in order of NF > CBS > FBSC >TBS > ESS. NF had the highest activity of urease.and CBS took the sec ond place. The activity of phosphatase was similar to that of urease, and there was no significant difference among these slopes except for CBS and NF. The activity of catalase was also highest in NF.and there was no significant difference among slopes. Correlation analysis indicated that invert ase, urease and catalase had significant or extremely significant positive correlation with total N,available N and organic matter; phosphatase had significant positive correlation with available phosphor. [ Conclusion ] It is concluded that indicator of soil enzyme activity was reliable for soil fer tility.关键词
