Abstract
Taken D. Fordii in vitro plantlets as the explant materials, the effects of different sucrose concentrations on the growth of D. Fordii plantlets were carried ouL The results showed that lower concentration of sucrose (87.7 mmol/L) favored the proliferation and the formation of microtubers; higher concentration of sucrose (233.9 mmol/L) promoted the formation of in vitro bulbils and the adventitious roots. Both carbon supply and osmolarity of the medium had effects on the growth of D. Fordii plantlets, and it appeared that the carbon supply and osmolarity of the medium had a complex threshold effects on the growth of D. Fordii plantlets.关键词
