分子标记鉴别灰树花种质资源的研究
Identification of Grifola Frondosa Germplasm Resources Using Molecular Markers

Abstract
The problem that diversity in phenomenon with the same name and different variety or the same variety coming from different site with different name troubled the study and the production of edible fungi. Three molecular markers, namely RAPD, SRAP, ISSR, were used in the study of the genetic diversities and relationships of 30 cultivated Grifola frondosa strains. SCAR markers were also established according to polymophic bands. 77 polymophic bands were obtained in study of 30 cultivated Grifola frondosa strains. According to the cluster analysis, 30 Grifola frondosa strains were clustered into 10 groups in the 77.41% dissimilarity level. 8 SCAR markers were also established. 30 Grifola frondosa strains were classified into 10 classes by 8 SCAR markers.关键词
