摘要

Abstract

The VEGF gene was amplified from the skin of Tibetan sheep by PCR, 573 bp in length and coded 190 araino acids. Our results indicated that the homology of VEGF gene between Tibetan sheep and some other species was from 100% to 74. 5% , in which the similarity of the gene sequence of Tibetan sheep and ordinary sheep was 100% , 99. 1% and 96. 2% similar to cattle and pigs, but compared with chicken, the homology was 74.5%. The expression level of VEGF gene from Tibet sheep skin cells were analyzed by using fluorescence quantitative PCR SYBR Green I Fluorescent dyes technology. The results indicated that the expression level of VEGF gene on lamb was 11.5 and 0. 85 times, respectively in the Tibetan pregnancy female sheep groups fed with Nutrition Brick and Granule Feed compared with that of control group. To improve the expression level of VEGF gene in the lamb, it is better to feed Nutrition Brick to Tibetan pregnancy female sheep than Granule Feed.
