羟丙基胍胶压裂液重复利用技术研究

Abstract
In order to solve the resource waste and the environment pollution of a great deal of flow-back fracturing fluid in Nani-wan oilfield,a reusing technique of hydroxypropyl guanidine gum fracturing fluid was developed. Firstly,the recoverable fracturing fluid was prepared using hydroxypropyl guanidine gum as thickeners,borax as cross-linking agent and a slowly-releasing SS-1 as gel breaker. Then, the mixing volume ratio of gel breaked fluid to basic fluid (the recoverable fracturing fluid) ,and the adding amount of cross-linking agent,gel breaker and crosslinking accelerator in the mixing fluid were optimized,which must meet the requirements of rapid cross-linking within 60 s and gel breaking after 3 h at 40℃. The optimal mixing volume ratio is 1:3, the optimal mass fractions of the cross-linking agent, the slowly-releasing gel breaker and the crosslinking accelerator are 0.035% ~ 0.045% ,0.25% ~ 0.35% and 0.03% ~ 0.06% respectively. The performance evaluation result of the reused fracturing fluid system show that,it has good rheological property, shearing resistance,perfect gel-breaking capacity,low filtration loss and little residue. Therefore,the prepared recoverable fracturing fluid can completely be reused.关键词
