东北民猪荷包猪抗性基因多态性及其与免疫指标的相关性研究
Relationship between polymorphisms of the genes associated with disease resistances and immune traits in the Northeast Hebao Pigs

Abstract
In order to analyze the polymorphism of FUT 1 and Mxl genes of Hebao Pigs, and the correlativity between polymorphism and immune traits, the PCR-RFLP was used to analyse the polymorphism of genes and the double-antibody sandwich enzyme-linked immunoassay (ELISA) was used to analyse the level of interferon-a (IFN-a) , interleukin-4 (IL-4) and secretory immunoglobulin A (slgA). Results indicated that Hebao Pigs had polymorphism with Hin6l of FUT 1 and Mxl genes and the advantages of genotypes were GG and AA, other sites didn't have polymorphism; and the levels of IFN-α, IL-4 and SlgA in Hebao pigs were higher those in Large White pigs. Our results suggested that the relativity between polymorphisms of genes associated with disease resistance and immune traits was not noticeable.关键词
