三种试剂盒提取粪便隐孢子虫微量DNA的效果比较
Comparison of Extraction Effects of Cryptosporidium Micro DNA from Excrement by Three Kits
摘要
Abstract
[Objective] To choose an efficient,simple,fast and affordable excrement micro DNA extraction kit. [Method] Excrement DNA was extracted by three different kits,the extraction effects of which were evaluated through comparing the concentration,purity,extraction rate and nes ted PCR products of DNA. [Result] The concentration of DNA extracted by Genmed kit was the highest,PCR product brand was the brightest, but the extraction time was too long and the price was high. The purity of DNA extracted by TIANGEN kit was the highest,DNA concentration and price were moderate,and the extraction time was the shortest. Both the purity and concentration of DNA extracted by Beyotime kit were not high and the extraction time was the longest,but the price was the lowest. [Conclusion] Genmed kit is the most sensitive in extracting excrement micro DNA; TIANGEN kit wis applicable to the molecular biological research which calls for higher DNA purity.关键词
