筛网-平板介质阻挡放电的特性及影响因素的研究
A Study of the Discharge Characteristics and Influence Factors of Mesh-to-plane Dielectric Barrier Discharge

Abstract
The discharge characteristics of mesh-to-plane dielectric barrier discharge (DBD) were shown by measurements of their voltage and current waveform, and Lissajous figure. The influence of the dielectric permittivity, the thickness, and the gas gap distance of the barrier on the dissipated power in DBD regime were studied experimentally , The discharge characteristics of three different electrode structures ( mesh-to-plane, multi-needle-to-plane and plane-to-plane) DBD reactors were compared. The results show that, under the same applied voltage, the dissipated power increases with the increasing of dielectric permittivity and decreasing of thickness of the barrier, but the electric field and dissipated power in DBD regime decreases when the output power of power supply keeps stable and the gas gap distance increases, By contrast, mesh-to-plane electrode discharge is relatively homogeneous and stable.关键词
