摘要

Abstract

The residual stress distribution of AISI4333 M4 autofrettage reactor vessel in service was meas-ured by Sachs stress relief method. Test result shows that the average circumferential stress of the reactor vessel is decreased by 18.0% after running for 17 years. More analysis shows that the stress relaxation with thickness of reactor vessel shows with alphabet "V" variation and the elastic - plastic interface prop-agates to the surface along radius direction in the tube, the strength of fatigue reduces a lot; which pro-vides reference and basic data for security assessment of reactor vessel in service.
