摘要

Abstract

[Objective] The differences in the volatile components of the different species of plum(Prunus mume) and prunus plum(Pnaais davidiana Cair. ) flowers was studied [Method] The volatile components of the plum variety----Qingdao Zhusha,Hemeiren,Fenghou,Danfenghou,Yanxingmei flower and prunus plum flower was analyzed with the method of headspace solid phase microextraction and gas chromatography - mass spectrometry. [Result] There were 20 kinds of volatile compounds identified from several plants. The number and content of the volatile matter from the different species of plum varieties and prunus plum flower was greatly various and the content of aromatic compound such as phenyl/phe nylpropanoid was in an absolute advantage,among which,the benzaldehyde,benzyl alcohol and methyl benzoylacetate were the most main compo nent of volatile compound in plum and prunus plum flowers,with the tested frequency of 100%. [ Conclusion] The scientific basis of the develop ment and utilization of floral aroma resources of plum and its breeding was provided.
