杞柳瘿蚊形态特征观察
Observation of Morphological Characteristics on Rhbdophaga SP
摘要
Abstract
[Objective ] The research aimed at describing morphological characteristics of Rhbdophaga SP. [ Method ] Hie morphological charac teristics of Salix gall midges {Rhbdophaga SP) , which distributed along lake area of Huaihe River in Huoqiu Country, were observed from March,2008 to June, 2010, larval instars, larval duration and pupal duration were also divided. [Result]Detailed morphological characteris tics of Rhbdophaga SP were recorded, and the larvae were divided into 3 instars based on the development and molting, the shape and size varied greatly. The pupa is free pupa, and the development of a pupa was divided into 4 stages: pre-pupal stage; early pupal stage; mid-pupal stage; late puapl stage. [ Conclusion]The results were referential for further research of Rhbdophaga SP.关键词
