农产品质量安全标准的研究综述
Review on Produce Quality and Safety Standards
摘要
Abstract
Internal or external documents what involved motivation and formulation of produce quality and safety standards, manufacturer' s be havior and influencing factors,consumers behavior and influencing factors,standardized theory and practice as well as enterprise's disposing ca pacity were summarized and analyzed. Tlien,relative research directions were pointed out:theory research and empirical analysis of produce quali ty and safety standards were perfected using industry economics, institutional economics, game theory; enhancing the competitiveness of agricultur al products for China through private products quality and safety standards based on the competition strategy and competitive advantage theory; formation mechanism of private produce quality and safety standards in China from institutional environment,product characteristics,agricultural market structure and participants of agricultural industry chain.关键词
