摘要

Abstract

Objective To observe the effect of porous n-HA/PA66 rods combined with vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) for the treatment of early stage avascular necrosis of femoral head in rabbits. Methods Implant n - HA/PA66 supporting stick and VEGF micro-capsule into the rabbit models of ischemic necrosis of femoral head. Results were evaluated by radiograph and histology at the end of 3rd, 6th and 12th week after operation. Results There is no significant difference of radiograph after combination of VEGF. More cancellous bone grew into cage in the group combined with VEGF through staining observation. Conclusion It shows that the composite of VEGF is active in new bone formation and vascular remodeling.
