摘要
Abstract
Objective To establish an HPLC method for the determination of irsogladine maieate in Irsogladine Majeate Tablets. Methods The Zorbax SB - C, column(250 mmx4.6 mm, 5 μm ), mobile phase was 0. 1% HAc - melhanol(60 : 40). The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min, the detection wavelength was 250 m. and the column temperature was 30 "C. Results The irsogladine maieate had a good linear in [he range of 10 - 80μg/mLt. r = 1. 000) ,the average recovery was 99.05% and USD was 0. 92%A n = 9 ). Conclusion The established method is accuracy,sensitive and simple. It can be applied in quantitative determination of irsogladine maieate in Irsogladine Maloatc Tablets.关键词
