Abstract
Objective To establish the quality specification of Xiaoerjianpi Plaster. Methods Flos Caryophylli, Fructus Evodiae, Galla Chinensis and Borneolum syntheticum were identified by TLC or HPLC. Eugenol in Borneolum syntheticum was determined by HPLC. Results The developed TLC spots were fairly clear, and the blank test showed no interference. The average recovery of eugenol was 82.2% , RSD was 2.9% (n = 6). Conclusion The methods are simple and special with good reproducibility, and the method can be used for quality control of Xiaoerjianpi Plaster.关键词
