透刺针法加穴位注射治疗肩周炎疗效分析

摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the effects of penetration acupuncture combined with acupoint injection in treatment of scapu-lohumeral periarthritis. Methods 121 cases of scapulohumeral periarthritis were divided into 2 groups. 60 patients in treatment group adopted penetration acupuncture combined with acupoint injection. 61 patients in control group accepted the same acupoint selection,acupuncture method and treatment cycles as the treatment group except the treatment of penetration acupuncture combined with acupoint injection. The efficacy was summarized after 30 times treatment in the two groups. Results The overall effective rate of treatment group was 96. 67% , with cure rate of 75. 00% and recurrence rate of 8. 33% at 6 months. The overall effective rate of control group was 80. 32%, with cure rate of 37. 70% and recurrence rate of 11. 48% at 6 months. It showed statistically significant difference when compare with the two groups(P<0. 05). Conclusion Penetration acupuncture combined with acupoint injection has obvious effect in treatment of scapulohumeral periarthritis and thus improve patients ability of life.关键词
