改良强制性运动对老年帕金森病患者运动功能的影响
Effect of modified constraint-induced movement therapy on movement function for Parkinson's disease
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of modified constraint-induced movement therapy on motor function for Parkinson' s disease. Methods 39 elderly patients with primary Parkinson's disease in Yahr Stage n-IH were randomly di-vided into the treatment group (n=20) and the control group (n=19) and studied by Using a single-blind, controlled clinical trial. Both two groups were treated with the same medication and two health education, meanwhile the patients in the treatment group were received modified constraint-induced movement therapy for 8 weeks. The two groups were assessed with simple test for evaluating hand function (STEF) and Berg Balance Scale (BBS). The effectiveness was compared between the two groups. Results After treatment for 8 weeks, the upper limb' s motor function, Balance and coordination were significantly improved in the treatment group as compared with the control group (P< 0.05). Conclusion The modified constraint-induced movement therapy can improve motor function of the patients with primary Parkinson's disease.关键词
