摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the prognosis and clinical factors that influence idiopathic sudden sensorincural hearing loss in the elderly patients. Methods Clinical information of 33 elderly patients with idiopathic sudden sensorincural hearing loss who were treated in Huadong hospital for 5 years was analyzed. Results Better prognosis had been acquired in patients with short interval between onset and treatment, without hypertension or tinnitus, by applying neuro-nutrints, vasodilator, anticoagulant, and glucocorticoid. Conclusions The therapeutic effect of aged idiopathic sudden sensorincural hearing loss is related with interval between onset and treatment and complications, which increases under comprehensive therapy.关键词
