Abstract
Objective To understand the different status of psychological health of patients with non-Hodgkin lymphoma undergoing chemotherapy from Uyghur and Han Nationality. Methods With judgmental sampling, a total of 98 patients with non-Hodgkin lymphoma were involved in the study, including 47 cases from Uyghur while 51 form Han who were surveyed with the Symptom Checklist-90 (SCL-90) in 3 days after the first chemotherapy course. Descriptive statistic analysis, Chi-square test and two independent samples t test were used in the analysis. Results All the non-Hodgkin lymphoma patients had a higher positive rate of psychological problems. There was significant difference of the comparison of psychological health of patients from two nationalities (P<0.05). Conclusion All the non-Hodgkin lymphoma patients with chemotherapy are with poor mental health, and the psychological health of patients from Uyghur is better than that of those from Han, which may be related to Islam. Different nursing is recommended for patients from different nationalities.关键词
