老年高血压患者静息心率与颈动脉病变的相关性研究

摘要
Abstract
To investigate the relationship between resting heart rate( RHR )and pathology of carotid artery in senile patients with hypertension. Methods According to the RHR, 102 cases were divided into three groups, RHR1 group( n = 34, RHR 2s 80 beats/min ), RHR2 group( n = 35,70 beats/min < RHR s￡ 80 beats/min ) and RHR3 group( n = 33,RHR <70 beats/min ),the carotid intima-media thickness( CIMT )and carotid arterial diameter( CAD ) were measured in the three groups. Results The differences of carotid IMT and CAD were significant among the three groups( P <0.01 ). Carotid IMT and CAD levels increased significantly following the increasing RHR( P <0.01 ),RHR was positively related with CIMT( r =0.621 ,P <0.01 ). Conclusion RHR may be a good index to reflect the degree of arteriosclerosis in senile patients with hypertension.关键词
