社区干预对农村脑卒中患者日常生活能力和生活满意度的影响
Influence of Integrated Community Rehabilitation Intervention on the Activities of Daily Living and Life Satisfaction in Stroke Patients

Abstract
Objective To explore the influence of integrated community rehabilitation intervention on the activities of daily living (ADL) and life satisfaction in stroke patients. Methods A total of 110 stroke patients were randomly divided into experiment group (n=57) and control group (n=53). Patients in experiment group were provided with a six-month integrated community rehabilitation intervention and those in control group received routine discharge guide. The follow-up was conducted in outpatient department 6 months and 12 months after the intervention with Barthel Index and Satisfaction with Life Scale (SWLS). Results The scores of ADL and SWLS of experiment group were higher than those of control group (P<0.01). Conclusion The activities of daily living and life satisfaction of stroke patients in rural areas are significantly improved with the integrated community rehabilitation intervention.关键词
