老年疾病医疗服务模式评价指标体系研究
Study on Assessment Index System foRthe Elder's Health Care Model

Abstract
Objective Using Delphi method to develop the assessment index system for the elder's health care model in Beijing. Methods Specialists were selected according to the areas of research interest and Delphi method was applied to form the sketch of index system. Results Most of the 19 specialists involved have associate senior professional title or above, working in the areas of senile disease management, health administration, health management education, clinical medicine, ect. The authority coefficient of the two rounds of consultation is 0. 68 and 0. 69, respectively; the Kendall coefficient is 0. 264 in the second round. The assessment index system formulated includes 4 first - grade indexes, 15 second - grade indexes and 46 third - grade indexes. Conclusion An assessment index system for the elder's health care model in Beijing has been basically established and the weight coefficient has been defined. This system provides a practical measurement for the promotion and application of the elder's health care model nationwide.关键词
