心踝血管指数在老年冠心病中的应用价值研究
Application Value of Cardio-ankle Vascular Index to the Elderly with Coronary Heart Disease
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the application value of cardio - ankle vascular index ( CAVI ) to the elderly with coronary heart disease. Methods 557 cases of old patients with coronary artery disease ( CHD group ) and 131 cases of healthy control group received medical CAVI detection, medical history collection and conventional biochemical examination to analyze the relationship between CAVI and coronary heart disease with ages. Results CAVI in coronary heart disease group was higher than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant ( P < 0. 01 ) . CAVI was positively correlated to the severity of heart disease ( r = 0. 694, P = 0. 003 ); Logisitic regression analysis showed that ages, smoking, high blood pressure, diabetes, low density lipoprotein cholesterol, and CAVI were the risk factors for the severity of coronary diseases ( P < 0. 05 ) . Conclusion CAVI was closely related to the severity of coronary heart disease. CAVI inspection could help to predict the severity of coronary heart disease and was worth popularizing in basic - level hospitals with simple operation and without traumatic damages.关键词
