摘要
Abstract
Objective To evaluate the nursing process method in the management of diabetic patients in the community. Methods Ninety - two diabetic patients who were diagnosed during screening or hospitalization between April 2007 and October 2009 were recruited. They were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 46 patients in each group. The control group was managed with the conventional health education method after and the observation group was managed with the nursing process method. The indexes were recorded at the time of their entry, one year and two years the time of their exit. Results At the time of their entry into the study, there were no significant differences between the two groups in metabolic indexes , the DSQL scale, the SF - 36 and the satisfaction rating ( P > 0. 05 ) .At the time of one year and two years, both groups significantly improved in the above indexes with the observation group showing better results ( P < 0. 05 ) . Conclusion The nursing process method is more effective in the management of diabetic patients.关键词
