摘要

Abstract

Cytochrome P450 3A4( CYP3A4 ),one of cytochrome P450 enzymes family , is involved in metabolism and interaction of various compounds, and a key target for drug screening and metabolism research. This article tries to review the development of CYP3A4 over-expressed cellular models, and their applicationin drug metabolism and drug-drug interaction in chronological sequence. The aim is to introduce the valuable models to research on new drugs.
