常规及新肝移植手术的现状

Abstract
BACKGROUND: Now. source of human hepatocyte emainh/from the marginal donor Inzer that unused or deemed unsuitable forInzer transplantation. Hence the major obstacle for the wide clinic application of human hepatocyte transplantation e the limitedsupply of donor liver that can provide good quality cells.OBJECTIVE: To review the clinical actuality and challenge of human hepatocytes transplantation and tosummareethedinicalapplication and difficult/ of human hepatocytes transplantation.METHODS: Wanfang. VIP and PubMed databases were searched from January1Q90 to September 2010 for literaturesconcerning human hepatocyte transplantation with the keywords of "hepatocyte. transplant, liver failure. hepatocytesouce"or"hepatocyte transplantation; liver failure; liver-based metabolic disorders" in Chinese and in English. The articles related to theresearch on the human hepatocyte transplantation were selected: articles in the same circle published in recent years or inauthorized journals. Older articles and repetitive studies were excluded.RESULTS ANO CONCLUSION: Among213 articles, only 30 met the requirement. Over 80 patients have receded humanhepatocyte transplantation to treat liver-based metabolic disorders and liver failure around the world. After transplantation, it hasshown some earty improvement in liver function which showed that hepatocyte transplantation has a wide clinical application. Themajor challenge is to develop an alternative source of hepatocytes and the survival course of human hepatocytes tare plantedinto donor Inzer also need to further improve.关键词
